Clean, safe, comforting, and welcoming.. The cleanliness was superb, I was welcomed by the staff with a warmth and the manager Ms. Bahadir was so kind and helpful with any needs I may require. The staff was able to fulfill those. The food was also delicious ( during my stay I ordered room service) and also supplied extra bubble bath for my room when requested. The bath tub in my room was exactly what I expected but better so I was very pleased with what I had booked.
The executive room was very comfortable had a nice view of the city without obstruction, at the end of my stay I said my goodbyes and for the first of my travels felt I had the best stay at a hotel ever. Everyone was wonderful. I do highly recommend them if you are visiting Istanbul, their attention to detail and to make your stay the best is what they strive to do. :). .
