Awful. Avoid.. Nothing. We arrived looked and left. Still waiting for my refund.. It’s shabby with stains and broken things everywhere in a bad dirty neighbourhood..

Bad. The outside of the building is decent and has a beautiful view of the river,however there are two abandoned buildings in front of hotel and there are many homeless people living in mattresses and vans next to the hotel. There was disgusting smell around and inside building.Stains all over in the room.Very poor general cleaning.front desk person very unfriendly and unhelpful..

Disappointing. . Hotel located in industrial estate. Unlit pathway from main rd to hotel if returning after dark. A lot of men hanging around outside. Limited vending and cash only option..

Far too pricey for what it is. Incompetent and unfriendly staff. Poor quality room.. nothing. Arrival was difficult as it took the receptionist almost 10 minutes to open the gate. When I took a shower I found no towels. When I complained during checkout, the receptionist said: It’s not my fault, it’s the cleaners’..

Disappointing. Close to tram stop, comfy bed. The shower was tiny you could hardly move. We could smell cigarette smoke from within the room. The designated smoking area was right next to the entrance of the hotel. Air con temperature could not be adjusted. We were very hot inside the room..
