Very convenient location and a good place to stay.. Very basic room that is clean with a clean private bath. Nice bath towels, comfortable bed, desk, chair, free WiFi, and friendly front desk staff. Also the front door is locked an only guests can gain entry. Though clearly marked, the entrance is a bit tricky to find and is just to the right of the restaurant next door. Have to buzz to get in to check in. I had some medicine that needed to be kept cold and the staff kindly let me keep it in their refrigerator. Very close to Vatican City, Porto Fish & Chips (the BEST), local bus routes, two grocery stores, many restaurants, and subway station. I would stay here again.. .

Cheap and cheerful hotel near the Vatican.. We decided to stay near the Vatican as we had a tour booked for early the next day. The location is great in our case. If you want to be closer to the city then you may choose somewhere else as you will have to walk 30 mins. The rooms are pretty basic but were clean and well kept.. .

Anniversary get away. Within walking distance of basic amenities, transportation, and major attractions (if you don't have issues walking). Friendly and welcoming staff, both young ladies. The one on check-in and the one on check out. Took time to orient us to our room and how things worked. Really appreciated this 😊. Tiny tv screen with only Italian stations, but then we didn't visit Rome for that. So it's a non-issue, really. No kettle or small fridge..

Nice place to stay for a short brake to recharge the batteries.. (figurative of course..). Very well situated, independence with your own key (reception 8 to 20) Walking distance from most of the interesting sites. Otherwise we used public transport, after buying a 48h travel card, covering all means of public transport during this time and @ only 12€50, quite reasonable. Concert of Progressive metal one night (fellow Swedes Pain of Salvation), opera arias the other.. The first was the reason to come, the second we found on the spot.. As there was no restaurant in the hotel, a small coffeemaker, water-heater/tea would have been appreciated. Too much people everywhere and the buses always overcrowded, but that's not the hotels fault...

Strategic Hotel & Friendly Staff. We decided to stay near the Vatican we found it very strategic to walk everywhere. I did a walking tour to visit all the historical sites, Sistine Chapel, St Petet's Basillica.The only drawback is one day we arrived the lift wasn't working. Food cafes and restaurants were everywhere. We also enjoyed the Gelato almost the 3 days we were there. . .
