We were very disappointed in the overall condition of the hotel. While the staff did give us another room their lack of. The location and neighborhood. Close to metro, good restaurants, groceries cafes and other shops as needed.. The bed and pillows were very hard. The bathroom tub had major issues: shower head broken, needed caulking, moldy, leaking all over floor. Sink drain was not working. could hear the water pipes from other rooms draining through ceiling and also toilets flushing and a strong sewer odor. The elevator often would not take us to the bottom floor and we had to walk 2 flights down with heavy luggage. The pool and spa was not available even though advertised as available..

The hotel was not worth the price, it was missing basic ammenities, A/C is a necessity in the summer. The hotel was conveniently located. The area was nice, there was a gym next door and it was beside good restaurants, cafes and close to the metro.. The room was very small, recently renovated but it was in a separate building away from the main hotel and there was no WIFI inside the room. The Air Conditioner did not work. The bathroom was directly beside the bed..

Avoid it!!!. Had a suite booked for 2 nights, but everything felt bad already when we reached the street the hotel was. The garagefor parking was extremely small. The older guy did not speak english (even tho the website says, the staff is multilingual). The reception was a very small room with bad smell and the guy searched for the keys to the room quite long. He showed us the room, but it seemed he checked it the way if there is already someone in the room or not. The suite room was very small and dark, window didn’t open. The room smelled so bad of smoking (all the curtains and linen smelled), there were burn marks everywhere in the room. Walls were very thin, you could hear everything in other rooms. The toilet seat was broken. The WiFi didn’t work at all. We stayed only half an hour, just to find another hotel in the city centre. As this “hotel” is non-refundable then we lost the money, but at least got the better place to be and enjoy Rome.. .

Exceptional. I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and it exceeded all my expectations. Bad experience. This hotel was horrible, the desk clerk was rude. The place is dirty and the pool looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in years. I left after a few minutes. They also wanted to charge me a city tax that I had to pay in cash or I would have to leave. . .
