Great hotel, lovely staff. The hotel was excellent. Staff were very friendly at reception. We had just arrived after a 24-hour flight and they were very helpful and understanding of our tiredness and made the check in process very easy. The room was clean and tidy and has great views across the water. The train station is an easy walking distance from the hotel. The rest of the staff we encountered during our stay we all very nice. I would highly recommend this hotel as a frequent traveler it was one of the best.. .

Very good. . There was a problem with issuing an invoice to my company name. Hotel reception staff didn't want to emit an invoice, saying that invoicing must be done through booking.com. after a heated exchange of words the staff finally printed the invoice including my company name..
