It was cheap by Paris standards, nice staff but very very basic - I have stayed in better ibis in Paris. The staff were very friendly especially the lovely Receptionist, I think she was from Portugal. It was in a dark side street, the rooms were very very basic. We were given a disabled room which we hadn’t requested.

Great hotel for a short stay, close to stations. Great location for Gare de l’Est and Gare du Nord stations. Air con was amazing and much appreciated as Paris was having a heatwave when we arrived 🥵. Breakfast was lovely and staff were really friendly and helpful. The price….but it was right at the end the Paris Olympics so everywhere was pricey..
