This stay left a bad taste, wouldn’t choose again.. The breakfast was good.. My TV was unmounted from the wall and left on the table during room cleaning. I reported it to the reception, but no one had any idea what happened. The staff is not fluent in English. I was required to pay a €50 deposit per night of my stay, even though I did not plan to use room service. Five days after checkout, I still haven’t received the refund, as I paid by card. This has been a serious inconvenience for me, so I recommend preparing cash if you plan to stay at this hotel. The bed sheets felt synthetic and were uncomfortable, which made it difficult for me to sleep well..

Worst and rude staff ever found in hotel. Hopeless and rude staff made the booking a nightmare and had to find another hotel while carrying our kids after an intercontinental flight. Travelling for more than 100 nights per year this is probably the worst hotel I’ve encountered in my last years Reception and management are horrible and unhelpful as also very rude to guests. .

great new year’s eve. a great place to spend our new year’s eve. so easy to get a bolt from here to anywhere we wanted to go in paris, felt quite safe in this area too. extremely friendly door man/ concierge who acknowledged us throughout our stay and was so kind with a smile at all times, he is a real credit (didn’t get his name unfortunately). hotel is nicely decorated, bed is comfy and room was clean. had a nice time :) thank you so much. .
