Omg the worst ever!. Had to leave so terrible the smell too! I can’t believe this is considered a 3 star hotel! Do not stay here there are hugs and critters and people are terrible and have 5 officers with loaded guns here too! Wow!. .

Take notice of the other ratings and stay far far way from this so called 3* hotel more like 3 * HELL The rooms were dirty smelt of cig smoke thick dust was covering all but the most used surfaces the beds needed renewing a good few years ago the sheets were kind of clean paint was stripping off the doors and skirting the sink was broken no plug for the bath or sink Then came the night time fights and shouting screaming banging on doors for inside and outside the hotel when reported to the staff they were not bothered no action was taken The food look ok until the veggie option was salads with completely flies LOTS of flies again the staff were anything but helpful every meal was covered in flies and as I say the only veggie option was fly salad thank goodness for the pizza shop at the back of the hotel So please stay anywhere but here . .

No words describe how bad this place is.. I dont even know where to start. Stayed here as I was attending an exhibition and it was a 'recommended' hotel. Turned up thinking the driver had taken me to wrong Hotel, it looks absolutely nothing like the pictures. The smell of the entire hotel - it is horrific. Suage smells better. Im pretty sure they allow you to smoke in the rooms, but it smells as though someone had chain smoked 1000 cigarettes in the room. The rooms - I ended up wearing shoes even when in my hotel room as the floor was just black. Have they ever heard of a carpet cleaner?! The shower had mould within the cracks of the silicone where it just had not been cleaned properly. I believe the towels are meant to be white, they where a light brown, I dread to think how long they've been used and going from experience so far, it wouldnt suprise me if they arent cleaned properly. The walls might aswell be non existant, you can hear everything, had the joys of children running around the hallways throughout my stay, along with basically involved with every conversation that the rooms either side of me were having. Now the Food... I mean, abit of bacon or eggs at breakfast wouldnt go a miss guys come on... I was told dinner is served 6-10, however when I went down at 6:30 the place was empty, no staff, and the receptionist who didnt speak great english said it was served from 6 till 10 but after me repeating this a few times I just gave up trying to explain what I was asking. So I settled for just some snacks from their overpriced mini shop. The 2nd day I got back from the exhibition at 7:30 and thought i'd try my luck with checking their restaurant, it turns out dinner is from 7, not 6, of which I ordered just a pizza as the ''buffet'' food looked awful. After receiving my pizza, I wish I had got the buffet food, i've never had liquid cheese on a pizza before, I ate a quarter of the pizza and that was it, it was awful! The 3rd day, credit to them, their burger was edible and tasted fine (you cant really go wrong with burger though). Location - Theres absolutely NOTHING around, unless you enjoy drugs. I took a walk on the 1st day to try and find some food after the hassle of being told the restaurant was serving from 6 till 10. Take note, do not walk in the surrounding area's... you will only be offered drugs (this I understand has nothing to do with the hotel but I am pre warning you not to walk around the area in search of a restaurant) Overall my stay was horrific. I genuinely would not recommend staying here at all. Believe me when I say, pay that little bit extra and stay in a nicer area.. .

Good place to stay overall. Its a quite area to stay. Public transport is near but it so hard to go city centre, Lack of halal restaurants nearby.

Good hotel. This hotel is very Nice hotel and very calm and friendly staff and clean rooms also car park is available and safe one and near for airport charly de goule so i think this is very good one that’s making me feel happy and comfortable and safe for me. .
