Very good. Good location close to Villa Borgese and old city center. The room was clean and spacious, breakfast was very good.. The hotel is located in 2 (?) buildings and one has to take 2 elevators and long corridors to get to the room and back to the reception. I did not manage to find a shorter way out avoiding all that route..

Rome visit. Staff were exceptional in everything they did, will be going back. Room was good, larger than normal and worth the extra 10 euro a night. Staff in restaurant were very good and food was ok, only issue we had was cooked breakfast wasn’t always hot. Eggs cooked fresh so no issue.. .

Good location, weird decor. We stayed at the NH Collection Roma Vittorio Veneto two nights as part of a cruise package from Rome to Venice. It has a very good location next to the Villa Borghese, historic city wall and the top of the famous Via Veneto. The hotel though is made up of two (or three) separate buildings connected by some rather odd hallways and common rooms (finding your room is like a treasure hunt). The décor is hard to explain, neon, murals, black hallways, just a little strange for us but each to his/her own. Reception staff went to from friendly to rude and back again. The morning breakfast was pretty much everyone for themselves in a large, not well thought out, room. The hallways and walls need a lot off TLC, paint and cleaning, particularly the carpets. While the room décor was also a bit odd, it was comfortable and met our needs for the short stay.. .
