Passable. The receptionist (who comes in the day shift) was very helpful and polite to us.
The manager also gifted us a few turkish delights.
The view was quite good from balcony.. We stayed for 3 days, but they just gave two small cups of water on the first day and later on they informed us to purchase water bottle from the market.
The room is too small for a couple that you can't walk easily as well in the room.
Also, we were feeling hot in the room and a/c wasn't working properly and making some noise, so we called the receptionist (who comes in the night shift) and he replied sarcastically that why do you want to use a/c, no one else uses it?.

Pleasant. Good location. The staff telling you to give good review for the hotel without even seeing the room…(‘because he gave us bigger room’) it was the same room we reserved.
There are really better hotels then this even cheaper!.

Very good. The hotel locatation is good inside taksim square. The staff was helpful.
He carried the luggage for me and offered me free tea and coffee. Overall good for money.. The rooms are very small. I couldn't fit with my 2 luggage easily.
The elevator is in first floor, so you have to carry the luggage to the first floor. The stairs is very narrow to carry luggage through.
The street have a cafe below. Alot of people loud for late hours..
