very bad uncomfortable dirty place. The view was beautiful. The stuff was treating us very bad when we arrive the hotel didn’t help us to bring the luggage they say there is no one to help in luggage,, they was closing the air condition every time by them self without asking us ,, the cleanse of the rooms was very bad not very clean places and the heater was leaking , also we ask for blankets for 2 days and they didn’t give us until the third day ,, the towel was just changed and it was dirty,, even the bed was dirty and uncomfortable,, the restaurant wasn’t good also the food not good, one of the stuff in the restaurant was treating us as we are not welcome in the place..
