Great experience!. It was a fantastic experience! The rooms are very clean, spacious and well divided. The daily cleaning was done thoroughly. Our bed linens were changed daily, bathrooms washed daily, clean towels and coffee plus bottles of still water daily. All the staff are very friendly and ready to help at any time. We stayed without any worries regarding parking. We left our key at Reception and someone parked our car daily, it was parked in a safe place and they were very helpful and brought our car whenever we needed. Breakfast was tasty and varied and they were very helpful and happy to help us whenever we needed to take anything to take away. Overall everything was above our expectations.. .

Exceptional. Top end hotel. Amazing breakfast buffet, great variety, very attentive waitstaff. Mr Yasgiz was great getting our car taken care of & us checked in & to our room & Mr Omar when we checked out...highly recommended!. .

Recommended. Very attentive and friendly staff especially Mr Omer, good breakfast variety, handicap accessible, rooms are decent size and clean, spa services on site, central and quiet location in Istanbul, nearby restaurants and pharmacy, good value for the money. Roof top lounge closed for no reason, public transportation options a little far.

Overall it was an amazing place to stay. Worth the price. Location wise as well.. Everything Great staff All clean. .

Great but not the best. Not bad, my expectation maybe a little bit high. As it's a 5 star hotel. So the service and the costumer service should be 5 star as well. I'm just a bit disappointed about some other staff doesn't know how to communicate very well. We are having a hard time with all the request as they don't understand what we're saying. But one staff is very helpful yanaz. From the moment we arrived and until we checked out he was very accomodating. . .

Must Stay @ Istanbul. Absolutely amazing. The staff were super nice and gave us complementary breakfast which was a great gesture as we were returning customers. Small gestures like this will make traveller's trip more memorable!. .

Maybe ok, but we prefer clean places. We lived there for 5 days. 1) Breakfasts were brilliant! Delicious, various, well served! 2) The staff. When we checked in the hotel, the receptionist wasn’t nice at all, didn’t talk, didn’t explain anything, took passports and gave the key. For the next days we met much more polite and friendly staff. They helped us a lot, answered all questions. 3) The room. Honestly, it was sooo much dirty. The coffee table was covered in dirty, sticky drops of something.. The carpet was covered by someone’s hair and nails🥲 Nobody vacuumed it for all 5 days of our living there. Dust 🫢 it was everywhere. On the TV, on the floor.. bathroom also needs a good cleaning. When the maid came, she changed our towels and made a bed (sheets were the same, nobody changed them).. 4) Wi-fi… poor poor connection. It works only near reception. TV is like “no signal” any time... .

Superb. The location is very nice, near to a promenade and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The receptionist first gave me a side room which was used by smokers, although I explicitly mentioned I want a non-smoking room. I immediately went to ask for a change. A big shout out for Omar who assisted and I got a decent room with a view on the promenade. I also used the spa, which is small but nice with a neat hamam.. .
