Passable. . I have been a loyal guest of Hyatt, staying at various locations worldwide, and have always been impressed by the professionalism and hospitality of your team. Unfortunately, this experience was far below the standard I have come to expect.
Upon arrival by private car, I was immediately approached by a young female staff member who, in a very rude manner, informed us that we were only allowed to stay for 10 minutes. This happened before we even had the chance to check in. Such behavior is highly unprofessional and does not align with the high standards of service associated with the Hyatt brand.
I had booked a three-night stay, but due to this unpleasant interaction and the overall disappointment with the experience, I chose to leave after just one night. This was not the experience I anticipated, and it has left me feeling dissatisfied and undervalued as a guest.
I hope you will review the service quality at the Hyatt in Rome to ensure future guests do not encounter similar issues..
