Excellent. I had an excellent stay at your hotel in Barcelona. The entire experience went perfectly, and I would like to express my sincere gratitude for the professionalism and responsiveness of the staff. A special thank you to Sabrina, whose availability, kindness, and efficiency truly made a difference. I am deeply grateful for her support throughout my stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located—close to all the main attractions, shops, and conveniences. Thanks to your team, I was able to enjoy a wonderful stay, especially during the busy Black Friday period. Thank you once again for the outstanding service. I look forward to coming back.. .

Perfect Barcelona Hotel. Excellent service from initial booking to my stay. Even a card discrepancy was handled so politely and efficiently by Laura via email pre stay. During my stay, at check in I was upgraded to the most beautiful room on the top floor. Incredible views from the terrace and huge room, comfortable extremely large bed, dressing area and fabulous bathroom. I cannot fault this hotel in any way, great location, wonderful team and my colleagues and I felt really looked after! The front office team are fabulous, particularly Sabrina who was so personable, helpful and recommended a brilliant tapas restaurant which was an easy 10min walk away. Thank you for a lovely stay in Barcelona.. .

Mixed review, difficult experience with check-in (Laura). The hotel was easy to find, as it’s centrally located. We went away for a much needed break as a couple. Check-in was hard work as there seemed to be a problem with our booking from what we observed. We’re genuine and understanding people but we appreciate honesty. After all, we paid for a 4* hotel. During check-in the receptionist (laura) spoke to her colleague whilst we were at desk. Her colleague looked as if she knew there was an error. The receptionist serving us arrogantly shrugged at her colleague before telling us we had been “upgraded” with minimal eye contact and an attitude problem. She also gave us a free voucher for a glass of cava (we don't drink). This experience was condescending as we could see there was an issue and she chose not to be honest. We booked a superior room as the suites were sold out and we were given a deluxe (rm312) which was far from that. The air con was broke, it was also very small (see pic). I saw the same receptionist at check out using her personal phone so I didn’t take our experience as personal but the customer service here should be reviewed. That said, the other staff went above and beyond which was nice to see in a four star rated hotel. It was clean and the facilities were good overall. I wouldn’t return as it’s a lottery with the room sizes/quality. .

Great stay. We had a wonderful stay! The hotel is perfectly located just a few steps from La Rambla, close to everything yet quiet at night. The room was spotless and cleaned daily to a high standard. The staff were all very friendly and helpful — special thanks to Renata, who was amazing and even upgraded our room for free, which made our trip even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Barcelona! 🌟. .

Terrible!. The location is good, unfortunately, that’s where the positives ended for us. Smelly rooms, uncomfortable beds and rude reception. We had booked a triple room, which was supposed to include two beds and a sofa bed. When we arrived, the sofa bed wasn’t made up yet, which wasn’t an issue for us, we simply called to kindly request that it be prepared. The housekeeping staff came but couldn’t open the sofa, so they called maintenance. When the maintenance worker tried to open it, two screws came flying out and one of the bars came loose. After witnessing that, I no longer felt the sofa bed was safe or sturdy enough for an adult. I called reception to request a room change. The receptionist insisted that maintenance would need to come again to check it. When I explained that I did not want it merely repaired but wanted a different sofa instead, she called me back in an unprofessional tone, saying I couldn’t tell her what to do, or claim that the sofa couldn’t be fixed. This interaction left a very poor impression of the hotel’s customer service. Eventually, they moved us to another room, where the sofa bed was already made, though still uncomfortable, as were the regular beds. Unfortunately, both rooms we stayed in had the same unpleasant mildew odor, and the walls were thin enough that we could hear noise from neighboring rooms and the floor above. Such a shame since there are people in the staff like Manu who are great, very nice and helpful. I would avoid this hotel at all costs. Overall, however, I would avoid this hotel at all costs.. .
