. Service was exemplary. Every staff member was great but Xavier went above and beyond since we arrived. This was 5 star service all the way.
Location is great and room is very clean, spacious and the shower was amazing. The hotel restaurant is very good as well as the pool side cafe. We ate at both facilities. They offer a breakfast buffet but we prefer a lighter breakfast so we did not eat from the breakfast buffet. . .

Catalonia Ramblas , Hidden Gem in Barcelona. Just back from a stay at this 4 star hotel, it was a Family trip and from start to finish it was very pleasant and a really nice stay. A very nice man at front Desk called Tavi. Was very kind and helpful facilitating our family with a late check out which was great as it gave us a little extra time to enjoy the hotel. The hotel is very central near plaza Catalunya and la Ramblas , taxis , buses , metro nearby. We had a really nice room , very nice pool area and the hotel was very clean with nice decor. The staff also very friendly. I would stay here again and recommend it as a central hub. Well done and Thanks again Brian.. .

. Nice location and good food also great facilities and nice service. Hope can open one slot indoor pool for the kids during the winter time. The kids was a little disappointed about the outside pool in this cold weather.. .

Terrible hotel and I’m not a bot like the rest of these reviews. Terrible service! Rooms smell like mildew and are old and dated. Literally wait 10-15 minutes for the elevator. Pool is tiny and filled with screaming kids. Too much money for how horrible it is. Don’t stay here. You’ve been warned. Not a bot. .

Great stay. We had a wonderful stay! The hotel is perfectly located just a few steps from La Rambla, close to everything yet quiet at night. The room was spotless and cleaned daily to a high standard. The staff were all very friendly and helpful — special thanks to Renata, who was amazing and even upgraded our room for free, which made our trip even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Barcelona! 🌟. .

. The location was great, walkable to public transportation. The staff was friendly and the room was good. The only issue was the construction that was going on around the hotel, which seemed like a common occurrence based on guests I talked to. Also, the drainage was very slow (sink and shower), it would easily flood and would have to constantly turn off the water to let it drain before usage again. . .
