Amazing. Stayed here end of Feb, what an amazing hotel! Check in was quick and we were able to check in a little early (2pm ish). The room is stunning, exceptionally clean and has everything you need from toothbrushes, cotton buds, and even a bidet! Staff are always around, speak great English and there is always a security guard on the door 24/7. It’s in the heart of las ramblas so perfect for late night shopping or food. You can hear people slamming doors and kids running down corridors etc from your room, however it’s a hotel and cannot be helped i guess! Aircon worked great, lots of storage and shower has good pressure. Also as an lgbtq+ and two younger women, we felt very safe at this hotel! To add to this, Will at the reception was amazing when our transfer (booked independent from the hotel!) did not come on time, waiting out in the street with us and even talking to the customer service in Spanish on his phone, offering to call us a taxi and then carrying our bags to the car. Exceptional customer service and will absolutely be booking next time we return to Barcelona.. .

Great Family hotel in the heartof Barcelona. An excellent hotel located in the heart of Barcelona. Friendly and helpful staff from the moment we arrived. Early check-in was no problem, and the family superior room was well presented and very spacious for a family of four. The beds are very comfortable. The breakfast was the best, plenty of choice to suit the entire family, that we all loved it even on busy days. The Breakfast staff are a little eager to clean away the plates but honestly, that's the only downside. We would fully recommend and will look to stay with Catalonia hotels again.. .

Staff 5 ⭐️ hotel 5 ⭐️. Can for 1 night before a cruise. Hotel staff are exceptionally friendly professional and friendly. The room was fantastic very comfortable and clean. The location is perfect and I would come back in a heartbeat.. .

Best hotel. Best hotel i ever seen , very good staff and great great breakfast. Lobby is amazing for friend gatherings. room service is great also. all around very good experince. .

Perfect location with the most perfect hotel staff ever!. Perfect location with the most perfect hotel staff ever! The hotel manager is present and always welcoming and makes sure everything is okay. The reception staff is always smiling and ready to help, especially Daria and the other employee with the black hair and blue eyes. The guards at the entrance greet you happily and the dining room staff are simply wonderful.. .

terrible experience ... I stayed at the hotel for four days. The service was very bad, especially towards Arabs. They were racist. The reception staff didn't smile or welcome guests. I repeatedly asked them to fix a problem with the bathroom, but unfortunately, they ignored my request. I also asked them to fix the room light, and they said the maintenance department was busy. The room cleaning service was slow, and they neglected to change the sheets. I advise avoiding staying at this hotel and finding alternative hotels in the city center. اقمت في الفندق ٤ ايام الخدمة سيئة جدا خصوصا مع العرب .. عندهم عنصرية .. موظفي الاستقبال لا يبتسمون و لا يرحبون بالنزلاء .. طلبت منهم مرارا اصلاح عطل في الحمام .. و للاسف قامو بتجاهل طلبي .. وكذلك طلبت منهم اصلاح اضاءة الغرفة وقالو بان قسم الصيانة مشغولين .. و خدمة تنظيف الغرف بطيئة و عندهم اهمال لتبديل الشراشف .. انصح بتجنب الإقامة في هذا الفندق وايجاد فنادق بديلة في السنتر ... .

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located—close to all the main attractions, shops, and conveniences. Perfect Barcelona Hotel. Excellent service from initial booking to my stay. Even a card discrepancy was handled so politely and efficiently by Laura via email pre stay. During my stay, at check in I was upgraded to the most beautiful room on the top floor. Incredible views from the terrace and huge room, comfortable extremely large bed, dressing area and fabulous bathroom. I cannot fault this hotel in any way, great location, wonderful team and my colleagues and I felt really looked after! The front office team are fabulous, particularly Sabrina who was so personable, helpful and recommended a brilliant tapas restaurant which was an easy 10min walk away. Thank you for a lovely stay in Barcelona.. .

Mixed review, difficult experience with check-in (Laura). The hotel was easy to find, as it’s centrally located. We went away for a much needed break as a couple. Check-in was hard work as there seemed to be a problem with our booking from what we observed. We’re genuine and understanding people but we appreciate honesty. After all, we paid for a 4* hotel. During check-in the receptionist (laura) spoke to her colleague whilst we were at desk. Her colleague looked as if she knew there was an error. The receptionist serving us arrogantly shrugged at her colleague before telling us we had been “upgraded” with minimal eye contact and an attitude problem. She also gave us a free voucher for a glass of cava (we don't drink). This experience was condescending as we could see there was an issue and she chose not to be honest. We booked a superior room as the suites were sold out and we were given a deluxe (rm312) which was far from that. The air con was broke, it was also very small (see pic). I saw the same receptionist at check out using her personal phone so I didn’t take our experience as personal but the customer service here should be reviewed. That said, the other staff went above and beyond which was nice to see in a four star rated hotel. It was clean and the facilities were good overall. I wouldn’t return as it’s a lottery with the room sizes/quality. .

Great stay. We had a wonderful stay! The hotel is perfectly located just a few steps from La Rambla, close to everything yet quiet at night. The room was spotless and cleaned daily to a high standard. The staff were all very friendly and helpful — special thanks to Renata, who was amazing and even upgraded our room for free, which made our trip even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Barcelona! 🌟. .
