Good. Very well located and friendly staff.. Bed was not comfortable. We asked specifically for a large bed and they put 2 small beds together which to sleep was uncomfortable due to the fact that in the middle you could feel the boundary between the beds. Bathtub had mold around it and shampoo and shower gel was definitely not enough. Cleaning didn’t change the sheets. For the high price, there was also high expectations which were not accomplished..

Great location. Great staff. Poor value for money.. Location is fantastic and the staff was great.. The room wasn’t clean. We constantly had to ask for additional toilet paper since they only give one roll per family. The Gym was poor, even towels and water were not available. Breakfast was very basic..

Awful 😣. It’s in a good location. The breakfast was great.. Hotel arranged private transfer from Rome airport. However, upon meeting the driver after over 30 hours of travel he destroyed my suitcase by ripping it from the luggage trolley. He laughed with the other drivers around and proceeded through the airport greeting everyone as if in charge. As a woman travelling alone in a foreign country I felt uncomfortable making a direct complaint. But when I informed the hotel of the damage they denied my complaint as he’s the manager of their preferred transport service.
Tried to enjoy my stay but the aircon didn’t work, the bedding was extremely uncomfortable and the room was very smelly. Would not recommend at all..
