Very good. The room was comfortable, the location was ok ,the stuff was very nice, and tried to help ,there is a big supermarket near the hotel which is great ,the breakfast was ok .
All in all, it was a good value for the money. There us a kitchen in the apartment but not one piece of cutttlry or glass, with children it's kind of difficult, the pillows and matrass can be better.

Exceptional. The property is very luxurious. There are a lot of things to do even if you only stay in the area. I love its proximity to Disneyland. Comfort as it’s finest with affordable room prices. .

Overall it was decent, could have been much better.. Hotel is beautiful, the reception area and bar area and outdoors is very beautiful. The family room was a little deflating. Our family room was extremely dark, barely any lights, no pictures or drawings, some updated curtains and carpet would be nice. Rooms aren’t modern as the reception and lobby area. The staff weren’t very helpful, on the first day we asked for extra blankets and assistance on the sofa bed we went down twice to remind them we were waiting. The person took 6hours to come. The location is close to bus stop and very close to station but it still is secluded and impossible to get to by foot as it’s in the middle of a motorway I believe. Drinks at the bar were nice and staff there were friendly, the Italian restaurant next door is beautiful very good good! And the bowling and entertainment upstairs is also very good and is a great touch.. .

Wouldn’t never come back or reccomend.. Arrived and the hotel is in the middle of nowhere. It was a special occasion and they didn’t do anything to make it special. There ‘onsite restaurant and bowling alley’ was reserved for a conference meaning these facilities couldn’t be used and we ended up having no choice but to get a macdonalds. The quality of the room was horrendous… there was hair all in the shower, the shower barely worked and I had to complain twice before moving rooms. The breakfast I paid extra for was extremely disappointing, the breakfast was cold, pastries were stale and coffee was cheap. Staff were not helpful and came across rude. Really wouldn’t reccomened.. Nothing. Spa facilities were disappointing, and couldn’t use the restaurant or facilities..
