My worst experience. The room which i am staying right now is not at all maintained, room is old and dirty and having bad smell. carpet is stained and not vaccumed. Daily room service is not done. Breakfast is bad, everyday having same thing to eat. The waiters in there are not at all good. They can’t even pass a glass of water when they are just sitting idle.. .

Worst Experience Ever!. The worst experience ever! Bad rooms, bad service, mouldy floor and carpet, doesn’t even meet the minimum requirements for a 1 start hotel!
Staff are unfriendly and rude, asked for water and got told twice “we have no water”
Loud Noise expect to be up till late AM due to music.
Room service not available as they mentioned.
Got a plastic piece in my food and not even an apology from staff/cheff and receptionist said “not my job”
Worst experience ever would never recommend it for anyone
PS, I booked the deluxe room… which is way worst than a university studio!. .

Nice hotel close to Taksim Square. The staff in the hotel are very friendly and helpful, they help you with your luggage, hotel taxi, explaining prices, where good touristy places are. the breakfast is good. room service good. i have no complaints what so ever. everything was great, from the bathroom (which i'm very fussy about, because i like it to be clean and the shower temperature to be hot) to the bedroom. closet space was good, tv was cool.. .

Great Location - And That's it..... The hotel was a 2 minute walk to Istiklal street. The location was great but just outside were small restaurents which were open late till night and was really noisy.The breakfast was sub standard, the room was small, the bathroom sink was cracked, and the hand shower broken etc etc.. The reception staff were not helpful. There was no response to room service, no weighing scale or umbrellas were provided after request (even though there is a shop selling umbrellas in the next street). The worst part of the stay was that house keeping staff used the pay TV and also helped themselves to the refrigerator when we were out and I was questioned by the reception during check out. They did not even bother to apologise after accusing me of using these paid facilities which I had not used. I would rate this hotel 2.5 stars and would suggest guests to look for better options.. .
