Good value hotel. Pros: Pera Rose is a quaint hotel, 2 minutes away from Istiklal Street with variety of options nearby for shopping and dining. Sishane Metro and the bus stop are few hundred meters away for easy commute around the city. Taksim Square and Galata tower are close by as well. Rooms were cleaned daily with toiletries, towels, slippers, bottled water provided and replenished as needed. Family suite is extremely spacious and has 2 levels. Beds were comfortable and clean. Breakfast had a large spread and there was the flatbread (I think its called gozleme) prepared and served hot and fresh on the spot. Free sauna and bath for inhouse guests were also an added bonus. Area is safe and hotel is good value for the money. All hotel staff we met were professional, courteous and extremely helpful. Cons: The wallpaper in the family suite makes the room feel old and dated. Both televisions in the room were not working and neither the jacuzzi in the bathroom. Lighting was inadequate for a large room with not enough natural light. Rooms are not sound proof and sounds can be heard inside and outside. On weekends loud party music from neighbouring clubs going on till late night reaches even the upper floors. The lifts are tiny, only 2 people can fit comfortably inside. The breakfast served was exactly same for all days of our stay with no variations. Wifi was provided through hotspot and not a dedicated router so connection kept dropping and we had to keep reconnecting regularly. Overall its a decent hotel offering comfort and affordability but can do with some upgrades to make it better.. .

Worth the money you pay. The location is good, new Istiqlal street, metro, and bus station. The room was clean but small, The breakfast had a good variety, and the quality was good enough. The staff were friendly and supportive In general, I recommend staying here. .

Very Disappointing Experience – Serious Security Concern. I stayed at Hotel Pera Rosa and unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience that left me unable to recommend this property. One afternoon, my son returned to his room and found the housekeeper inside with her hands inside his girlfriend’s handbag. The room door had been left open, and she was clearly going through personal items. He came to me immediately, and we asked the receptionist to address the situation. When questioned, the housekeeper denied it and became loud and defensive, claiming she was “moving the table,” which was obviously not true. More concerning was the fact that the manager never came to speak with us, even though the receptionist said he would. No follow-up, no apology, no explanation, and no visible disciplinary action. The same housekeeper continued working as usual. For a hotel, this is a serious issue. Guests must be able to trust that their belongings are safe inside their room. Unfortunately, this incident showed a clear lack of professionalism and responsibility from both the staff and management. The location is good, but security and customer service are far more important — and in this case, the hotel failed completely. .

Our experience. We stayed at this hotel as a couple and had a wonderful experience. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were very welcoming, and the atmosphere made our stay relaxing and enjoyable. We would happily come back again. .

Seaside Family Stay Experience. I stayed at this hotel with my family for three days, and it was truly a memorable experience. Everything was perfect the rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was kind and helpful, and the atmosphere was very relaxing. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely love to come back again.. .

excellent. i went to massage in this hotel, it was very great that made me relaxed they had a lot of kind of massage we can choose the type of massage they will explain the details and the staff in this hotel is very helpful, i would like to visit here again when i come to istanbul. .

Worst Experience Ever!. The worst experience ever! Bad rooms, bad service, mouldy floor and carpet, doesn’t even meet the minimum requirements for a 1 start hotel! Staff are unfriendly and rude, asked for water and got told twice “we have no water” Loud Noise expect to be up till late AM due to music. Room service not available as they mentioned. Got a plastic piece in my food and not even an apology from staff/cheff and receptionist said “not my job” Worst experience ever would never recommend it for anyone PS, I booked the deluxe room… which is way worst than a university studio!. .
