Good to stay for short time . The bedroom is large with a wide bed. There were complaints about the kitchen. Despite the fact that there is an oven in the kitchen, there is no frying pan, no saucepan, no spoon or fork in the kitchen. .

Dirty and need renovation. We usually stay at this hotel when we visit family in Diyarbakir. Its convenient because the room is big and we travel with a child.
But this time the room was awfull it was dirty and it really need renovation. The door handle on the bedroomdoor was broken, but they fixed it the next day. Also the shower was broken. The hose was leaking and Suddenly the water could get burning hot, thats dangerous when a child is using the shower.
There was fingermarks on the doors and the kitchen was super dirty, and i dont think its ever been cleaned under the sofa or bed. This is not good at all during covid-19.
The duvet was broken and there was no duvet cover
I bought a glas of red wine from the restaurant and it was served ice cold! Also there was dirt in the bottom of the glas.
From now on we will choose another hotel when we visit our family in Diyarbakir. This was not a good stay at all.. .

Good hotel, but no kitchen as described in the add. i recomand a stay in Diyarbakir. Amazing place, great food and so friendly people!
We booked this hotel because it had kitchen and since we travel with a 8 weeks old baby who need clean and boild bottels. When we arrived at 22:00 we saw that the kitchen was just decoration. No glass, pans, stove was disconected... Since we had a hungry baby this was very bad for us. But the staff was great and they cleaned and boiled the bottels.
Also the spa was closed during our 9 days stay. They told us tomorrow, tomorrow everyday.
Exept from this the hotel was great. Breakfast was good, staff was super friendly, clean rooms and great location. Just 5 min. with taxi to the old mosques and center. On the other side of the road there was a good shoppingcenter. We will book this hotel for our next stay!. .

Much more than i expected. I had a business trip in the area and was planning to stay for a week. Decided to try this semi new hotel and was greatly satisfied. The rooms are probably the biggest i've ever seen so far. They have everything including kitchen and sofa in the room.
It is close to center but we were warned during nights the neighborhood was not so "safe" but there's a shopping mall right across the street if you wanna go around.
The fitness center was rather small but it has all the basic things you'll need.. .
