Superb. Perfect location,the hotel is very clean and quiet. The breakfast was nice and the staff was very friendly and helpful.. The size of the room and there were no hangers except in the wardrobe.

Nice hotel in the tourist centre of Istanbul. Comfortable rooms, fairly spacious given the central location.
Responsive and friendly staff.
Cleaning every day.
Good sound proofing. You can sleep soundly.
Nice breakfast, huge variety of options.. Area is in peak tourist town which means a dozen waiters will try and get you into their restaurant as soon as you leave the hotel (not the hotel's fault, of course, but travelers should be aware!). I'd still recommend this hotel..

Clean and pleasent hotel with great lokation. The food was not tasty.. The location was perfect. Walking distance from most of the sights. Really helpful and kind staff. We booked a Bosporus dinner tour on the reception - really great experience and tasty food. The shampoo and bodywash were incredible.. We were given a room on the 6th floor. Great view but was so hot inside we couldn't sleep. The AC was with central control. The room had a little mold smell when you enter. We were a little dissapointed from the breakfast. There were a lot of things prepared but most of them tasted bad..

Fabulous location, nice and very kind hotel stuff,. Outstanding location in the centre near attractions such as Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque Basilica Cistern and Topkapi palace. Also the nicest staff I have ever met. All recommendations for this hotel where I'll be staying next time in Istanbul. .

Great bathroom.. Minor point is the coffee at breakfast downstairs. The coffee standards in Turkey are quite high so I guess there’s room for improvement in the hotel..
