-amazing conscierge. -both hotel services and rooms are more similar to those of a 4 star hotel rather than those of a 5 star hotel
-very overpriced (in the same price range you can find much better 5 star hotels)

it was nice. lots of nice detail in the room but would probably not stay here again.. unique decor. location was pretty good. pool was fun.. Hotel is very pricey. Staff was not as friendly as other places we have stayed. Breakfast not served early enough so we had to go to the airport at 7 am without eating..

Nice but not worth the premium price. The staff were absolutely friendly and incredibly helpful at all times.
The location is fantastic, central with all key areas of the inner city easy to reach by foot or metro. It was sadly more a four than a five star experience overall.
The staff were very friendly but the service still not excellent and felt a bit clumsy. Also the fact that despite there being a restaurant there was only a bar snack service available and no room service was disappointing.
For about 600 a night for a delux room unfortunately not worth the price.
