Super Hotel !!!. I was there with my family for the first time and enjoyed it very much. The hotel is located by the sea in a quiet place, pet friendly. Staff very nice and polite, rooms clean, food good and super music in the evening. I recommend this hotel, for sure we will return there.. .

5 nights of Living in Hell. What a nightmare. Stayed in the hotel because son had a football tournament in Spain. After the 2nd night of not sleeping at all due to excessive noises done by unprofessional football Teenagers aged 17 who spent every night till 2pm consuming beer and alcohol, banging furniture, playing loud music and football inside the room. I called 5 times the night receptionist and gave her 3 options. 1. Tell them to be quiet. 2. Change my room 3. Call the police. She did nothing. In the morning I forced them to bring the police. They came and gave them a huge talking to that they should have acted differently and at a minimum changed the room. I cannot understand how this hotel is 4 star. Had better experiences in 3 star hotels. Sent management email for compensation and they did not even bother to reply. Awful!. .

Horrible experience sleepless nights. Worst hotel I went in my life. We were there for a football tournament for my 11 year old son. The hotel has no soundproofing and on top of our room there were football teenagers making parties drinking with loud music yelling and making animal sounds and moving furniture all nights. We did not sleep during all our stay. We informed reception whose reply was they are kids. Worst experience ever. Management was not available during check out and we sent email after our return for which we still did not get a reply. Worst experience in all my life. One of the days we could not even shower since water was cold all day. I suggest you don't book in this hotel unless you want a similar horrible experience and an unhelpful hotel who is not responsive to such a terrible experience.. .

Dreadful……. Dreadful. Food was awful. Sprouts boiled to a pulp. Food lukewarm at best. One morning-no baked beans. Was at the hotel for 8 nights, never saw a mushroom at breakfast. If I didn’t take food when I saw it, when I’d go back it was gone. Just horrible. Housekeeping was terrible. Balcony was not cleaned once, table was filthy. Balls of fluff and dirt on the floor. Surfaces were not wiped down. One bed was made, one bed left unmade. Not even a treadmill in the gym. Will not be returning to this hotel. A number of others on same dance holiday voiced their disgust with the food.. .

Good. The resort was nice, great location, right on the beach. Breakfast was great and varied. A lot of free parking available. Most of the staff were very friendly.. The area by the pool was very cramped and crowded and the cocktails were absolutely terrible! :) It rained heavily for 2 days, and the ceiling in my room started leaking. As they were fully booked I couldn't get another room, but besides a free diner no compensation was given for the payment for that night which I wasn't very happy with considering you pay quite a bit for the accomodation..

Got potential but ownership with no human morals or ethics. Definitely not 4 stars, pushing for 3 stars. Great location.. I have been staying here for a few days. This low review is more for the management. I understand it's a business BUT they don't have any human morals or ethics. For example, to find a glass of water to drink is a mission. How can a room have only 1 plug socket and its for the mini fridge (nothing inside). I have to unplug it to charge my phone. Cleaning? Debatable if they actually clean the room properly. Just do your bed and mop the floor. I'm not even sure they actually clean the towels. It's half board but have to pay for drinks, even for water and it's a mission to get a drink to pay for at dinner. They have only 2 people serving the drinks for all the guests. So I haven't even been able to buy water at dinner. Luckily for breakfast they've got machines, otherwise ...... (you fill in the blank). Lunch time is a nightmare, staff are interested in serving groups or Spanish speaking guests. I had to shout to give my order. Understand the staff are trying their best BUT they are under staffed. Freaken employ more people. Swimming pool, no idea, as I'm not happy with the service, so don't really want to spend time in the hotel. What a pitty, really nice designed hotel (apart from the rooms) but very crap management or I should say ownership. They have no interest in giving good service by employing more staff, which is much much needed. Beach, it's very nice actually but have to pay €14 a day to have a comfortable time. Sea is quite nice but can have it's waves but in a nice way. Overall, i say the hotel is a 3 star and definitely not 4. Will come back to santa susanna and would recommend the location. If you have low standards then book this hotel but if you have high standards they try to find another hotel in this area because I won't be coming here.. .
