. Service 4 étoiles mais l’hôtel en lui même est plus un 3 étoiles. Certains équipements sont dégradés ou trop anciens, à changer (pommeau de douche, sol douche, cuvette WC etc). Mais le personnel est très gentil et serviable. . .

. Peggiore esperienza di sempre personale volgare maleducato e agressivo! Mai stato tratto in questo modo in nessuna struttura ! Sono addirittura stato minacciato verbalmente perché ho chiesto di cancellare la prenotazioni dopo il check in visto la mancanza di rispetto dello Staff. .

. Odanın genel durumu iyiydi sadece perdeler ve cekyatlarin değişmesi gerek mobilyalarında biraz bakıma ihtiyacı var. Kaldığımız oda aşırı sıcaktı kış gününde klima açmak zorunda kaldık. Genel olarak temizdi. Personel güler yüzlü ve iyi hizmet veriyorlar. . .

. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and are a decent size for families. The only let down was there was no microwave. Near the hotel are some shops and restaurants which is convenient.. .
