Otel Görevlilerini Örnek Almalı. Otel görevlileri muhteşem. Hasan Hüseyin Bey şimdiye kadar gördüğümüz en yardımsever, samimi görevliydi. Yine resepsiyondaki bayan yetkili de çok yardımseverdi. Sadece faturamızı otelden alamadık. Bu konuda kurumsal faturamızı bekliyoruz. . .

. Hotelzimmer eine Katastrophe! Boden fällt auseinander bzw. Laminat zerstückelt und voller Dreck zwischen den Rändern. Badezimmer weist in einzelnen Stellen Schimmel vor!!! Handtücher kratzig, da sie seit niemals ausgetauscht wurden. Bettwäsche mit mehreren Löchern. Fürs Frühstück wurden nur Gemüse und Käse geschnitten, Brot war so schlecht geschnitten, sodass man nichts draufschmieren konnte und Personal lief nur mit verärgertem Gesicht rum.. .
