No games room or pool access . I selected the hotel due to the facilities. Pool and games room. I have an 8 year old. The indoor pool was additional cost, ok, but then I couldn’t book. It was full! The games room was closed. Very frustrating . .

OK Stay. Bed was very uncomfortable. There were partirs every night organized by the hotel in the pool are and could be heard from the room. The dinner buffet food was mediocre but the breakfast buffetwas good. Hotel is close to the beach amd the staff were friendly. The bed was VERY uncomfortable.. .

Excellent experience all round.. We arrived late in the evening on the 7th of November, and were welcomed with a friendly face and a welcoming smile. The services all round were excellent. I also have to comment on the individual in the dinning hall. I wish I had known his name, I think may have also been a manager in the dinning hall. He showed excellent customer service skills and service. This person consistently provided exceptional service by attentively listening to the customers concerns, responding with patience and resolving issues efficiently, often receiving praise from customers for their helpful and friendly demeanour. Thank you ALL at the Aqua Hotel, and we look forward to seeing you again soon.. .

. Excellent Hotal food 10/10 facilities 10/10 staff 10/10 only one negative is beds could be comfier bit like sleeping on wood. .

Definitely coming back! . Couldn't recommend this hotel anymore!!! The room, the staff, the location, the facilities, the food...we loved it! . .

Overall, good hotel.. Stayed here recently half board for a week. Hotel is spotless, and all the staff are so friendly and helpful. Food was buffet style, and was fine, with loads of fresh stuff, but to be honest, became repetitive after a few days. Entertainment again was fine, with plenty for kids to do. Bar area nice, and drinks reasonably priced. We booked suite Lumiere which was kind of better room, with lovely views. Layout wasn't great, as WC in different room from bath/shower area, and you had to go from one to the other to wash hands after loo visit. No door either into shower area, so a real lack of privacy at times. TV channels good, as was WiFi. Lovely fittings as well, with Safe and fridge. No kettle in room, which I thought was poor, and was quoted €15 to borrow an iron for 3 hours, which was ridiculous I thought. Same with being charged for a bottle of water at dinner. Just a big shout-out to two reception staff who went the extra mile. On arrival, we left bag on bus, and lady helped us retrieve it, and on final morning, after storm, road was flooded so gentleman arranged a new pickup point for transfer. Overall, I'd recommend, but could improve in one or two areas.. .

Pleasant stay . Close to the beach. Activities offered - aquafitness,spa and other fitness classes. The staff were friendly. Efficient buffet breakfast and dinner. I'd recommend.. .
