Poor. The bed was nice. The free breakfast that i thought was included from the booking was not and either was the Wifi. The rooms need updating, the wood floors were all scatched up, only having a body wash and shampoo combo was not great,.

Good hotel to stay and wonderful personnel. The hotel is comfortable, clean and quiet. The location is also great. There are the big shopping mall in 15 min from the hotel.Metro station is in close proximity and Fira Barcelona - big halls for the congresses and fairs right in front of the hotel. I would like to thank Valeriia, the hotel's receptionist for being so attentive, helpful and kind to me. She answered all my questions regarding hotel services, advised haw is better to get to the city center and other attractions. Valieriia advised where is better to eat near the hotel and also provide me with iron, hair dryer and kettle. I recommend you to stay at this hotel when you will be at Barcelona.. .

Kind and attentive staff, especially the girl Valeria. The rooms were clean and very comfortable, with elegant décor. The girl from reception ( Valeria ) made our stay enjoyable and comfortable. She helped to order taxi and also gave some turísticas tips about Barcelona. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Barcelona for a couple of days.. .
