Less than expected. The room was smaller than expected, old, non comfortable furniture, and poor facilities. The room service did not clean the room in spite of putting the cleaning paper.
Good reception staff, good location near Termini station, and ordinary breakfast.. .

Friendly staff, rooms a let down.. First of all, the staff were very friendly..no problems at all. Oh, and the lobby/bar area was very nice. Unfortunately, that's about where the positives end. During my seven night trip throughout Italy, this hotel had the worst room of any hotel in which I stayed. The AC wasn't turned on, so the room was uncomfortably warm, the bed was as hard as a rock (my back still aches), there were scuff marks all over the walls, the shower had seen better days and leaked all over the floor, and the bathroom door and handle were nasty (see pics)
The provided breakfast was, meh, nothing to write home about. Not bad, but not memorable, either. The scrambled eggs were so runny you could actually drink them from a glass (perish the thought). What they consider sausages were actually cut up hot dogs.
If I ever return to Rome I'll choose a different hotel....this was just not up to snuff.. .

Superb. Staff very helpful and kind, location is very good,close to Termini (5 min walk) and Republica metro station, hotel has nice bar and bars around. I recommend that hotel when visiting Rome.. .

Great location!. Perfect location for site seeing! Close to the train station and the HOHO buses! Great restaurants in the surrounding area, which made it easy for dining out. Within walking distance to many tourist attractions and we walked everywhere! Breakfast was nice, with lots of choices in the dining area.. .

Restaurant at the lobby amazing food outdoor stay and the team is sooo nice and welcoming .
