. Room had a musty gross smell and the bedsheets were not clean. They put me in a basement room which was even worse. Also the toilet barely flushed. I requested a new room and they said there were none available. Ive stayed in better hotels for half the price. Definitely would not stay here again. . .

Even let me store some luggage for a few days while i did a side trip .
My room was on the top floor. Had a great water views.. no lift. But they did tell me this before i hot there..which was fine for me .. .

Fantastic start to finish, amazing experience . This is one of the best hotels i have stayed in. The atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. Staff amazing. Knowledge and support where to go etc, was fantastic. Help with taxis, tours etc. The hotel feels like a lovely relaxing oasis, in a big city. Restuarant amazing. The staff were very helpful nothing was a problem. All major tourist attractions in walking distance. Just an amazing experience start to finish. Definitely will go back again. .
