- beds are comfortable
- room was upgraded to a spacious and comfortable superior one with tv, locker box to put laptop or valuable stuff, and a mini bar.
- A nice set of soundproof windows from street noise.
- no problem connecting to VPN if that's what you need it for some reason e.g. to connect to your work network and work. - wifi network is bind to the ID/passport registered with that room :/
- you have to login to wifi every time you are disconnected, so irritating..

Avoid concierge. In general we had a good time staying there. Food was average and staff are friendly.
we were not happy with the concierge person who was introduced to us by her watsapp number as Hiba. Hotel quoted us of Airport pick up price of 50 Euroes from IST to the hotel. Hiba did not answer watsapp text for days and when finally she rellied only asked for name of passengers and flight. she said she has lost her phone and that is why she did not answer. when we were picked up they charged us 60 Euroes instead of 50 and they claimed that they have increased their prices recently. Hiba was rude and unprofessional on her watsapp messages and she stopped responding after I questioned her that why no one informed us of price increase? how can you do that before informing the passengers plus the change to us has been given in Turkish liras instead of Euroes. the rate calculated was low and we did not need lira as we were leaving Turkey. When we contacted the hotel, the response was the same. In our opinion they should have refunded 10 Euroes of extra charge if customer satisfaction was important for them. Avoid Concierge!. .

Central location and friendly staff. Good choice if you want to stay somewhere close to Taksim. The rooms are very spacious and clean, gym is good and there is also a spa with Turkish hammam. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby and the metro station is right around the corner, so it’s easy to get to other parts of the city fast and avoiding the traffic during the rush hour.. .

terrible service. terrible service! they tried scamming us with their kids policy! i regret my choice with this hotel never trying it again and i don’t encourage anyone to have a reservation in it. the rooms are so nasty and smells really bad, even the room service was bad.. .
