Clean, friendly staff and well located. The hotel is small and unconspicuous but it is modern, clean and welcoming. The reception staff are very courteous and friendly: I was kindly upgraded for free to a suite room without even asking for it. Nice continental breakfast. Great location close to Bastille Metro. I would definitely recommend it both for short stays/WEs.. .

Very supportive staff . Great location 25 minutes by foot to Notre Dame. One minute to metro line 1. Very supportive personel. Could left my baggage after checking out and see Paris with free hands and back.. .

Returning stay. Returning stay at the Hotel Paris Bastille.
Just returned from a mini break with my two daughters. Comfortable beds, spacious room for 3 people.
Booked via Eurostar. Once again this hotel did not disappoint, convenient, great location from the Gare de Nord, short walk to the metro station with easy access to various landmarks. Bastille area is also bustling with shops and various restaurants.
Would recommend and definitely return again next time I am back in Paris.. .

Family Suite. We chose this hotel due to its close proximity to Gare De Lyon and the Metro Station as we were travelling with small kids. Unfortuantely our room had a technical fault and was very noisy the whole night. The receptionists were not helpful and the breakfast staff was very rude. Only after requesting several times we were provided with a new room and had to pay extra for the two remaining nights. Unfortuantely we would not recommend the hotel. .

Superb. Loved the location! Just a 2 minute walk from the Bastille Metro station and tons of restaurants and shops. Clean rooms, friendly staff. Great breakfast with fresh croissants and ample seating. There's paid parking right across the street as well if you drive. Coffee maker in the room makes excellent coffee!. Half-enclosed tub + shower meant that the bathroom floor would inevitably get wet. A shower curtain or full glass sliding doors might be better, especially for people who prefer showers to a long soak..
