. Our overall stay was very good! The hotel is set in an older building, and while it’s not a modern-style property, the rooms have been nicely renovated and the washroom had a few modern updates. The stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The standout was definitely the customer service. We interacted with four different front desk staff members during our stay, and every single one of them was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional. They truly went above and beyond to make our experience pleasant. Breakfast was included and quite nice, and we enjoyed the outdoor terrace. We had a couple of minor issues come up during our stay, but the team addressed them quickly and efficiently. The only small hiccup was a bit of miscommunication around replacing our shower head — it wasn’t running optimally and unfortunately couldn’t be fixed until after our second night. The location is great — within walking distance of the Colosseum, metro stations, and the main train station. You can hear the occasional train during the day, but noise was not an issue at night. The area is removed from the touristy spots so there were a handful of good local restaurants around with fair pricing. Overall, a comfortable stay with exceptional service and a convenient location.. .

. About a 10 min walk from the termini so super central although the street seemed kind of shady at night. Theres a street with multiple restaurants and a metro station about 3 min walking distance. Air conditioning setting couldnt be changed. Shower drain was clogged the first night, luckily they repaired that within the following morning . .

. Overall it was a very good place to stay for the price point in Rome. It’s close to the train (only about a 10 minute walk from Roma Termini Station) and is about a 20 minute walk to the Colosseum, 40 minutes to the Trevi Fountain/Pantheon, and just over an hour to Vatican City. The staff were very friendly and the room was very clean. A minor thing is that the bed is incredibly firm (this is also a preference thing of course) and some sound can be heard with being in such close proximity to the train lines and right across the road from the tram, however, considering how close they are, we initially expected the noise to be more prominent than it was. It also includes a free breakfast with a few pastry’s, a loaf of some sort, and a coffee machine. Overall we were pleased with our stay here and would recommend it for anyone who is looking for a lower-price placed to stay and who is willing to walk a bit!. .

Estadia perfeita. Foi tudo perfeito desde a chegada até a saída, todos muito atenciosos a comodidade de ter o estacionamento no local por estar em Roma não tem preço. O fator de você poder deixar a bagagem guardada também é fantástico. É um hotel que recomendo.. .

Good location. Very nice staff who did everything in their power to make our stay nice. Hotel was clean with a easy access to centrum and sights. There was a safe parking house 5 minutes away from hotel for 20 euros/day.. .
