Good. Location: not close to the center but easy access with metro. Safe area with supermarkets and bakeries nearby.
Facilities: had all the necessities
Great value for money!. Staff: When we checked in the receptionist charged us extra 44€ but that was not mentioned in the booking (he also checked it). We explained that it wasn’t our fault and it’s their responsibility but he threatened that he wouldn’t let us check in and was very rude. Apart from that the rest of the staff were very kind.
Cleanliness: The room was very clean but the sheets and towels had some spots
Facilities: A mini fridge would be a great addition.

I won't come back here again.. There are many cafes, shops, metro nearby. There was a kettle in the room. Towels are changed and trash is taken out in the room. There was an unpleasant smell in the room and now all my things stink of this smell 🥴 dirty walls and dirty floor. It looks like the floor isn't being cleaned, they found a dirty towel under the table. At the reception I was met by not very friendly staff, but the next day, the man was nice. There is a kettle in the room, but there is no bottled water. There is no shower cabin, just a shower screwed to the wall and a drain in the floor for water drainage, in the same room there is a toilet and a washbasin..

Superb. The nice location, friendly staff, view, and the dining room interior make you feel like you are in a mountain area. Also, the snow boots dried well in the ski room underground. Parking was large and we always found a spot. Shops nearby. The living room had no windows as the accommodation was probably transformed from two two-person apartment to 4, so I understand why. But if there is something with 'minus' to say, the this-yes.
