I will be back for sure I should get a better experience. Location and hospitality by the guest services at the welcome
The room was well organized and with right accessories. The bath was having stain on it , there was no communication between the night /day guests services. I have order a breakfast box due to early departure but was never delivered to me. The entire structure should be secured in the night having the main ramp closed to prevent other people to come instead of advertising the guests to use the inside parking
I feel like they are not confident to leave the car on the outside parking lot..

I felt like this is more of a 3 or 2 star hotel not 4. Our hotel stay was okay.. The lobby was nice.. The rooms were outdated and when you got out of the elevator to go to our room on the second floor, there was a very displeasing smell. It smelled like over ripened papaya..

Nice place, clean rooms friendly staff. We came late and got a warm welcome by staff. Rooms were clean big and had a fairly good breakfast the next day-if you need to arrive from airport -try UBER much cheaper . For those who need to be near Pomezia- this is the place. .

A Good Hotel in a Bad Location. This is a very nice hotel with two problems: 1) It is too far from the center of Rome so it would not be a good place to stay of you are touring Rome and 2) The food is mediocre. Excellent staff and amenities. .
