Udemærket, men…. Udemærket hotel til prisen, det tager ca 15-20 minutter til centrum med metro, så det er en afstand man godt kan overleve, især hvis man har flere dage i Paris. Dog var der hele tiden problemer med at vores kode til døren ikke virkede så vi skulle konstant have fat i personalet. Havde klart været bedre med kort.. .

Une catastrophe . Accueil horrible le vigile pas du tout sympa la chambre catastrophique qui sentait la cigarette le rideau les draps en été imprégnés ils n’ont pas pu nous changer de chambre car hôtel complet mais ils ont vaporiser une bombe anti tabac n’importe quoi lavabo bouchait génial enfin bref salle de bain très sale le sol idem hôtel a éviter une horreur 😱et je suis encore sympa dans mon commentaire . .

Would not pick again . Disappointed with the quality of the room and breakfast for the price of the hotel. Room had less amenities than advertised, no safety latches on windows. Some staff not particularly polite. No bin or coat hooks in room. Breakfast was very limited range and not great quality. Rooms are not soundproof as advertised. Area also pretty noisy all the time, you can hear everyone on the streets in the night with the window shut and we were on the top floor. . .

I Ahmed. Hotel has been in such a poor state, poor lift and low grade breakfast, cleaning also staff. I was charged again some hidden taxes when I booked for my breakfast and paid €20 cash. When askedI was told some more taxes of approx €9 Its not an international standard service. . .

Convenable. Confortable En revanche il n'y a plus de savon pour les mains. Le linge semble propre mais taché ou sans odeur agréable. En revanche le personnel est vraiment très bien. . .

Very bad customer service . Don’t book this hotel. Some of the staff were very unhelpful. After a long journey, we checked into our room, freshened up, and then went downstairs to report to the receptionist that the room was very dirty. The floors hadn’t been cleaned, the room had a strange smell which forced us to keep the windows open, and the toilet had a bad odour. We asked if we could change our room. At the desk was a man who I believe was security, and his behaviour was surprising—dismissive and unprofessional. The receptionist sent him upstairs to check the room, and instead of listening, he started raising his voice in his own language because he didn’t understand English. We simply pointed out that the room was dirty, with hair on the bed and dust everywhere, but he continued speaking loudly. Thankfully, another security staff member came and politely explained the situation—that because we had already used the room, they couldn’t give us a new one, as it could no longer be resold. We were not aware of this policy, as in other hotels we’ve stayed at, even after using a room, issues like this would still be resolved with a change. That explanation was acceptable, but the way the first man treated us was disappointing. He could have calmly explained the policy instead of raising his voice and closing the door on us. This experience has left a very negative impression. Customer service is what guests remember most, and here it was completely lacking. I will not be booking with Ibis again.. .
