if you go with your car find other hotel and they charge 2 year old kid same like adult for breakfast and they dont have. . They dont have parking in the hotel and on the website they say they have parking you have to park almost 1 kilometer away from the hotel and pay almost 31 euro for 6 hours..

Lovely little friendly "neighborhood" hotel, great price, fun place to stay!. Wonderful little hotel, right at the Metro stop. Old church across the street, a "village" neighborhood in Paris (Belleville). NO tourists in the area, parks nearby, many local businesses (shops, restos, bakeries, etc.), families, cultural mix, very lively area. I enjoyed just strolling down the streets, having a coffee, etc. Very good price. VERY friendly and kind staff. Nice breakfast too. Very nice pleasant clean room, but small -- just fine for one. My room had a great view of the church and street too! (see attached pic) Looking forward to returning on my next Paris trip. :-). .

Good and clean, just a little bit noisy. Clean, good location next to metro and close to town.. A lot of noise in the night. Talking, screaming, fighting. At 3:00 am people walking and talking, you can hear everything.
The shower is flooding due to drainage system..

Very disappointed. Just location was good. Hôtel service not good.. Not at all. Very dirty. No room service. .no tea/coffe machine on room. Elevator was to small . 2 people with begs not fitting on lift .3 days was my booking. After first day, I left this hotel ., they not refund my money..
