Pleasant. Close to bus stop and tram stop . Also going distance from a mall with most things available. So basically convenient and are for money.. Pillows are very bad ,rooms are adequate but are very small and the shower located directly in the room .. no chance for changing or drying without coming out of the shower ..

TERRIBLE. . The accommodation is terrible, starting with the service, not all the receptionists speak English, and specifically one French man, who is extremely rude, says he doesn't speak English, and is extremely rude when he says "We’re in France, speak in French". He doesn't bother to try to understand or find a way to communicate. He just expects you to speak in French. This should not be tolerable behavior in a hotel. Ideally, they should know at least the universal language to be able to communicate with guests, and if they don't, they should try to be kinder and use the translator to understand what the guests are saying.
The second point is the cleanliness. I stayed for 5 nights and only had my room cleaned on the last day, after going down to reception to complain. The first two days there was no cleaning of the room, on the third day I even had to go to reception to ask for toilet paper, on the fourth day I asked the cleaning person to come to my room (we still spoke in French), we told him we were leaving so he could come in, we left the room and when we came back, the room was the same. We went to reception and asked them to clean our room. When we returned in the evening, they hadn't cleaned the room.
We'd had the same wet towels and sheets for four days, and there was no more toilet paper. I had to go to reception to complain, and only then did the man from reception come to our room to give us new towels and sheets, and to take out the garbage. The cleaning wasn't done until the 5th day, when we left.
The rooms don't have a hairdryer, it was winter, and you had to go to reception to ask for a hairdryer, leave an official document with them, and only pick it up when you returned the hairdryer. Subject to the availability of the hairdryer, as the hotel with 5 floors of rooms only had 3 hairdryers at reception..
