NYE 2025. We stayed in El Avenida for NYE and cannot thank the staff enough for their courteous service, especially the reception. We had a small issue with our room, and even though the hotel was at capacity they were able to resolve this and gifted a bottle of prosecco and chocolates to apologise for the inconvenience, going over and above
The location is perfect, especially for new years festivities
The rooftop (and pool) provided unmatched views
Dining- we only had breakfast here but was very pleased with what was on offer, especially the coffee. .

Nothing but positives about Avenida Palace. This was our third stay at Avenida Palace, and hopefully, won’t be our last. The service is exemplary— thoughtful, courteous and attentive. The recently refurbished room was comfortable, with the best black-out curtains I’ve seen. Breakfast was great, with fresh fruit highlighting diverse and delicious options. Great experience with an ideal location. . .
