Wouldn't stay here again. Breakfast food was ok. Service wasn't though. Lazy staff. Bad service and poor food. Beds were uncomfortable. I was asked to pay extra for a view of e tower and so I did. View was bad and could barely see it so paid extra for nothing. Very slow lifts also..

Great Hotel with Eiffel Towe view. Great location ( has an adjacent mall with grocery, pharmacy), 2-3 min walk to a train station. Regency club is amazing! HAs a nice view of the eiffel tower and have friendly staff ie Charlotte and Eloise who made us feel at home in Paris. Repair man was prompt ie there was a leak in the ceiling of our bathroom and the leak was cleaned and repaired within the hour we called.. .

international travelers, avoid this hotel! horrible check-in process. incompetent hotel staff.. My experience was completely unacceptable, and I am shocked that a renowned brand like Hyatt would allow such incompetence at the front desk. I booked my stay solely because my friend, who arrived a night before me, had already checked in. She informed the receptionist in the morning before leaving that I would be arriving later that day and ensured the room was blocked for an extension. Despite these clear instructions, when I arrived after an 11-hour flight from the West Coast, I was left waiting in the lobby for two hours due to the receptionist’s complete lack of understanding and unwillingness to resolve the situation. What made matters worse: • The receptionist refused to contact the manager or anyone who could clarify the situation. • My American phone had run out of battery, and instead of offering a simple solution like calling my friend using the hotel phone, he demanded that I pay €10 for a charger. • My friend had to cancel her plans and return to the hotel just to fix a situation that should never have happened in the first place. This level of incompetence is unacceptable for an international hotel brand. If there was a language barrier, it is astonishing that an establishment catering to global travelers does not ensure that all front desk staff are fluent in English. It was only after my prolonged wait that the front office manager, Eva, apologized on his behalf, yet the receptionist himself never acknowledged the frustration, lost time, and inconvenience he caused. As a high-status member with Accor, Marriott, and Hilton, I chose Hyatt for convenience, not realizing I would receive such unprofessional and negligent treatment. I expect a formal response regarding how this will be addressed, as well as a gesture of goodwill for the time and plans I lost due to this experience.. .

quick trip to paris. I had a 3 night stay at hyatt regency. the room was clean and I was able to check in early. The room had a beautiful view of the eiffel tower and the city. the hotel had a good club with drinks and snacks. it is close to metro easy to get anywhere in city. there’s also a delicious italian restaurant nearby for a later dinner.. .

Not meeting for the hotel name. The location is not desirable as it is a bit far from the city center. The shower gets periodically very hot or cold which stressed my heart. The food at the restaurant was the worst of all restaurants I tried in Paris for 5 days. French fries were cold and dry. The lettuce in the salad was old as each edge was brown. I had to insist to get a new one as the waiter didn’t not seem to be surprised. I wish I took a photo of that before sending it back. After staying there for 3 days, I moved to a small hotel near Opéra station. The room was clean and larger. The staff members were all kind and helpful. I would definitely go back to that hotel, instead if Hyatt Regency.. .

Must stay here !. Best experience ever ! The staff are kind, courteous and helpful. The views from our room were spectacular. Room 2015 view of eiffel tower and arch de triumph is spectacular!! Leo at reception is the nicest man you'll ever meet. walking distance to popular landmarks. Clean, comfortable and good size room.. .
