Highly recommended and well deserved top marks. From the moment I entered the hotel the staff warmly welcomed me and treated me with a warm Turkish coffee. Staff made the effort to get to know me and what I wanted to do for my trip. They provided me with useful information about the city, a map of the metro and tram lines and also a wifi device I can use during my stay. I've stayed in many hotels like Shangri La, Hyatt etc but I've never experience this type of customised service that was personal and unique. I would definitely recommend my friends to stay here if they ever visit Istanbul. . .

. Great location. Was a bit hard to find at first but once we did find it and got accustomed to the area found it to be a perfect central location!. .

Horrible hotel. Hotel is located surrounded of many hardware stores,it look like a flee market. To get a taxi you have to walk two or three block, cause streets are narrow and are full of truck that are been unloading all day long. I spend two night at that hotel and I had to moved to another hotel, the air conditioner was not working and I called the front desk and he said to open the windows. Breakfast is been served at 8am, which is a hard piece of bread and coffe. Avoid this hotel. Pictures from the hotel showing on the website are photoshop, hotel is old and in disrepair . .

Nice Hotel. The stuff is really good! :-) The shower is really bad, very difficult to mix Hot and Cold water, and the water stream is weak :-( The bed is very comfortable :-) The air condition was not strong enough for the big queen room :-( The breakfast is OK just average (no buffet, no fresh juice included) :-/. .

Nice hotel near Galata tower. Only a couple of blocks from the Galata tower on a side street. Easy check in and courteous staff. Clean and modern room.. .

. We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Walton Hotel during our visit in Istanbul and I must say that my experience surpassed all expectations. Mostly because of the service in the hotel. Especially Salim and Murat were always there for us in person and by whatsapp. We did not plan very much before our trip, but every morning we walked down to the reception to get ideas, talk and laugh. If we had any questions or needed recommendation, if it came to restaurants/sight seeing/ Hamams etc, they always helped us in any way. Everybody welcomed us so heartly and as friends that we always felt special and warm. At the end of each day we came back and were everytime super excited to tell about our experience :) I highly recommend the hotel to all my friends and we will definitely visit again in the summertime. Also i highly recommend the little coffee store next to the hotel, the owners were super sweet and heartily to us. All in all we had a great time and we will never forget our first stay in Istanbul, special thanks to my Abis Salim and Murat :-*. .

Best Hospitality, great location . Everything what other people posted is true. The welcome kit is incredibly helpful to navigate the city! I was very pleasantly surprised with the friendliness of the staff, they are a rare breed of customer oriented hoteliers. It's a very small boutique hotel, where you instantly feel at home. I made the right decision to book a private airport transfer, otherwise I would have never been able to find the hotel. Once you get familiarized with the area, you'd realize that it's one of the best areas in the city. You may find tourists around Galata tower only. There are amazing eateries around the area,patronized by locals only. Few min to a Metro and Tram Stations. It would take only 3 stops with the tram to reach the tourist stuff. Special thanks to Farida, who provided an exceptionally genuine service. Nothing forced, all natural. True perfection! Though they have a restaurant on top with a beautiful view, I would strongly recommend to get breakfast elsewhere and save some bucks. Went there in December and it was freezing, but totally worth it as there were virtually no tourists anywhere! Would absolutely return to this hotel in the future. I would suggest a few things: Tissues in the room Change pillows to something that doesn't resemble a flotation devise, feathers would be good. . .
