Lovely 4-star hotel. Will definitely stay again. 1.It was right in the city and a great neighbourhood, close to most things .
2.The lobby was really nice.
3. Bathrooes, slippers, little bits and bobs for the bathroom, plus a fridge.
4. Very friendly and helpful staff
5. My cute balcony opened up to the street, which was quite nice.. Nothing.

Magical Parisien experience!. It was a lovely hotel, our room was gorgeous with a lovely balcony giving us some classic Parisian views. The staff were so lovely and helpful, breakfast every morning was much much better than ever experienced in other Paris hotels and it was the perfect choice location wise - highly recommend it!. Nothing.

Great location and nice rooms quite hotel. It was a great place to stay, right in the middle of the Opera area in Paris, very close to everything. Victoria one of the managers, was very kind to us and accommodated all my needs, including providing a stool for the bathroom, as the bathtub was too high. However, our last night was not as pleasant. At 5 a.m., my partner woke me up, saying, "I think the fire alarm is ringing." Shockingly, we could not hear it at all from the fifth floor, which was very alarming. We made our way downstairs and met the night manager, who did not know how to turn off the alarm. Many residents were giving him various pieces of advice, none of which worked. After a while, a solution was found, but it was a very unsettling experience and almost spoiled the positive review I had intended to write. The night manager should know how to switch off the fire alarm, and we should have been able to hear it in our room. I hope the hotel has taken note of this issue, improved its training, and ensured that the facilities manager has undergone a fire safety course.. .
