the worst stay I've ever had. I just wanted to share my experience from my recent stay, and unfortunately, it was the worst I've ever had. The room was incredibly small; even after booking a room meant for three people, I could barely walk around. The toilet felt more like a cramped cabin, and the TV was the size of a tablet. There was no soap or any additional cleaning supplies in the bathroom, which was quite disappointing.
To make matters worse, the staff was quite rude and unhelpful. One staff member, in particular, a woman named Merville, was uncooperative when I needed assistance. I was struggling to get an Uber to come to the hotel, and despite explaining that I was expecting one, she deliberately did not open the external barrier. Each time I booked an Uber, they were not allowed to enter, even after they rang the bell. I had no choice but to walk to the outside entrance to meet my driver, which was incredibly frustrating. Overall, it was a terrible experience.. .
