Best Fashion Boutique Hotel in the World . Smartly situated above Fendi's flagship store at the heart of the Eternal City, Fendi Private Suits is simply the best fashion boutique hotel in the world. It’s the first and so far the only Fendi hotel. Seven exclusive private suites uphold Fendi's band name as a fashion icon and its design language towards contemporary luxury, and showcase Fendi's own line of furniture designs. Our suite is spacious and gives out a modern colour tone of grey and purple/red in the living room, and beige and burgundy in the bathroom. Our sumptuous bathroom is fitted with floor heating that keeps our winter stay warm from head to toe. Also in the bathroom is a comprehensive set of high-end toiletries, including shampoo and bath gel from Paris-based Diptyque, our favourite perfume brand. At the center of the wall behind the bed is Fendi’s handmade fur art, featuring its innovative techniques for crafting fine fur clothes. I also found the little loadable weight kit from Technogym very interesting and useful. Services from the reception area are personal and tailored. Breakfast is served at the Zuma restaurant on the top floor where we can enjoy great views all the way from Spanish steps. When weather permits, it’s ideal to have the breakfast alfresco on the terrace just outside. My wife and I were thrilled at our experience and had a memorable stay there. Thanks to the store manager, we also enjoyed our guided tour of the Fendi flagship store, the fur atelier and the pirate banquet rooms.. .

Gorgeous, Exclusive and a GEM. 6 STARS, beautiful decor as you would expect from a famous Luxury design house, delicious food of course, AMAZING SERVICE, location is the BEST IN ROME, on fashionable Via Condotti (Rodeo dr of Rome) at the Famous Spanish Steps and its the Only Fendi Luxury Hotel in the World so EXCLUSIVITY IS YOUR PASS TO THE JET SET LIFE...should be a 7 Star Hotel ❤️🙏. .

STUNNING SECRET GEM OF ROME. I randomly found this hotel online, and I’m so happy I did! We stayed in the gorgeous deluxe suite. The room is large, modern, and posh. The shower is a literal dream. The staff was so friendly and kind. The location with the beautiful violin players out front was so romantic and dreamy. My husband and I danced in front of the Fendi store. It felt like a movie. The Spanish steps are right at the end of the street, and the Trevi Fountain is a 5 minute walk. I highly recommend this hidden gem!. .

Great property with amazing location. After intesive search for a hotel in Rome, we conculded to stay in Fendi private suites. The hotel simply is one of a kind, from location, rooms to food, everything was as expected. Its a boutique hotel, but will meet all your expectation. The rooms and lobby area are classy in style. Very satisfied with our Zuma restaurant experience, as well as our breakfast. Can’t wait for our next visit!!. .

Perfect location, intimate and discreet.. The Fendi Suites are centrally located in the middle of Rome. It forms part of the Fendi luxury boutique, the Suites on the third floor, with the fourth and fifth floor comprising the Zuma restaurant. Access is through a side door, which is also the same side door for Zuma, but with private access exclusively to the third floor for the suites. There are only seven suites and so you never feel that the place is busy and there is ample room around the reception area with two lounges to relax should you be early. The suites are popular and it is a good idea, given how few there are, that you book well in advance. Early check-in is unlikely given the popularity. Each suite is adjacent to each other, situated around the outside of the building of the Fendi. As such, all have good views of either the Square or the various streets leading away from the property. When considering the location, you would expect the rooms to be quite noisy, but in reality they are surprisingly calm. Palazzo Suite Number 1 This corner suite, just over 50 square metres, has a lounge sofa, desk, bedroom and separate bathroom. The Fendi Suites were created in 2015 and renovated in 2022. Some elements of the suites are a little tired and the team notified us that there will be a ten day refurbishment next year. The rooms are light and airy with floor to ceiling windows. There are external shutters for decorative purposes but quite helpful to dampen the noise. There is a separate minibar and coffee machine. The bathroom, which is extensively marble, is well apportioned, albeit the design is not really too effective for towels and holding the various cosmetics that are part of daily life. That aside, all the facilities are beautiful. Service Despite the size of the hotel, room service is available using the Zuma restaurant facilities and breakfast from 7.30. Most guests take breakfast in their room, but an alternative is to go to the fifth floor and have breakfast in what is ultimately just a private lounge for the hotel guests. The team on reception are always attentive. Whilst the service was exemplary, there were challenges in some areas, such as the punctual delivery of the laundry and a slightly challenging but approved request for a late check-out at 12.30. That being said, the team were warm, friendly and always helpful. Overall, we very much enjoyed the Fendi Private Suites, and for individuals who are not looking for anything other than good accommodation in a superb location, this property will be perfect. The team noted that they do not intend to expand the brand, which I can understand given that there are not many Fendi properties of this size and stature and this being the headquarters. Definitely worth a visit and, quite separately, so is Zuma, the restaurant, which was of an excellent standard.. .
