All members were kind, but it need to be much cleaner.. All members of staffs were wonderful and kind, But I watched some dusts in the room and a living bug in the toilet. I was shocked. And a bottled tab water which was privided everyday was not good. It was smelled and We couldn't drink at all. I hope the cleanness of the hotel could be improved.. .

A nice hotel. We only stayed at the Well and Come for one night and had a very early airport transfer the next morning. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room on the first floor smelled of cigarette smoke, but I think it was wafting up f on the foyer, lounge and bar area rather than the room itself. The room was clean and comfortable. We didn't make use of the restaurant as it wasn't open during the hours of our stay.. .

Exceptional. Everything was great. The location of the hotel was great, we were able to walk to most touristic places. We found everything we needed in the room. The rooms were very clean. We would like to thank the friendly staff for making sure we had a great holiday.. .

Worst customer service ever!!!!!. Worst customer service ever!!!!! I booked a room on Booking.com two months in advance. One week before the trip they send me a message on Booking saying that to "comply with the new European PSD2 directive" they need to directly validate the credit card used for the reservation within 24hours to avoid an automatic cancellation, By the way this has never happened to me and I use Booking.com all the time. Anyway, I do not see the message so I get an email with the cancellation the day after. Note that they did not even have the decency to call me once to check if I had receive their message!!!!
After seeing the cancellation, I call them multiple times but their phone does not work. I write an email begging to call me back asap and when they finally do it they do not apologise. After I vent out, they offer to place a new reservation directly (so they do not have to pay the 15% Booking.com commission) but at an HIGHER PRICE. At that point I lose it. When I tell them that they should have called me before canceling the reservation and the least they should do for all the inconvenience caused is to match the original price of my reservation they hang up on me!!! Seriously, how can you call yourselves a 4 stars boutique hotel!!!!!!. .
