Not a 4 star hotel . Unfortunately the hotel was a big disappointment. Not in any way near to 4 Star standards. Dirty walls, the sink with scratches, no refrigerator in the room, carpet with stains. The staff was friendly and the breakfast average but this didn't save the day . .

Pleasant. The bed was very comfortable and the room had a great shower. The hotel is relatively close to most of the sightseeing attractions of paris and pretty much next to the river seine. The housekeepers and breakfast staff seemed nice and was always courteous.. No fridge in the room, very little tea bags and coffee provided when we asked the reception for more we were told it would be brought to our room but didn't happen. The next day the room was cleaned but the tea and coffee wasn't topped up again, we ended up going over the road and buying tea coffee and milk daily as we didn't have a fridge. At breakfast no breakfast tea was available, it was only menthol and herbal tea available, we asked for plain black tea but they said they couldn't get any, even though they provide in in the rooms. The reception staff were were not overly friendly and we was not always welcomed with a smile as you would expect from a front of house roll..

But I could point out that the room was clean, maybe because it was a suite room.
But definitely nowhere near to a 4 star suite anywhere in Paris .. Everything, If you want to stay in a 4 star hotel then please do not book this place .

I booked this hotel for 5 nights from Australia after looking on booking.com, but it was nothing like a 4 star when we reached.
We were greeted by an unfriendly staff person at around 630pm during check-in.
The moment we stepped in the front area , it smelled bad because they were renovating with no reception desk.
We had 2 XL and 1 L with 3 small bags of luggage, and we had to carry all of them by ourselves to the 7th floor ( myself , wife, and 6 year old).
I requested on the arrival day that we would like not to stay because it was a big disappointment.
But the only person in the hotel told us to stay for min 2 nights to avoid penalties, and so we did .
The room was ok size , but it's a suite with no mini bar or fridge .
We had the housekeeping barged into our room while we were naked without knocking on the door.
I have to stress that this happened 3 times despite telling them that we do not need cleaning now as we were busy.
Another interesting thing is that Uber drivers can come to your room and knock to scare you .
We had someone knock our room a few times at night .
What I am trying to say is that there is no security in front of a hotel , anyone from the street can just literally get in and use a lift to come up.
It scared us 😔.
The day when we checked out , the beautiful manager, Jabal, wanted us to pay one night penalty as we were checking out earlier, and he defended saying nothing was wrong with his hotel.
Despite I spoke to his counterpart on the day of checking and he agreed ,
I am not sad about the money, but we were tricked to believe that this hotel is a 4 star on booking.com and on the hotel website with nothing close to it.
We then stayed at Maison Hotel by Hilton, which was a true 4 star .
Yes , we did pay 200 Euros more per night, but it was the best ..

Personal belongings stolen!!!. I left some personal belongings in my room that never left the premises. When I contacted the hotel to let them know I had family nearby and would be happy to return to collect the items, the staff claimed that nothing was left behind. I know for a fact my belongings were in the room. If there’s one thing to advise future guests, it’s to be sure to take all belongings with you because the staff cannot be trusted.. .
