. The property was very dirty, small and extreme smell of uncleaned items. No air-conditioning at all, no windows to open, the breakfast was not great, cups were not cleaned. I've never ever thought a hotel like this, please do NOT deceive people. The first night I couldn't sleep at all, when I spoke with reception they said they've a general air condition issues. I'd like to process a formal complaint and would like to receive fully refund. . .

Habitaciones muy pequeñas. Las habitaciones eran muy pequeñas, con un baño minúsculo q apenas cabía una persona. La zona es muy bulliciosa y bastante sucia cerca del Gran Bazar. Está cerca de la zona turística de Sultanhamed.. .

. Eerste dag moesten we in ander hotel verblijven die in verschrikkelijke staat verkeerde. Vervolgens dekbedden bevlekt met bloed en make-up. 1 week geboekt en 2 x schoongemaakt. Eerste 3 dagen douchekop moeten vasthouden. Geen nieuwe handdoeken gekregen dus 3 x per dag erna moeten vragen. Laatste 2 dagen geen warm water. Qua personeel is de ene echt vriendelijk en de andere arrogant!
Kortom, nooit meer!. .

even when I successed to reach the hotel I didnt find aplace to put the car and go to the reciption so I leaved the hotel and my money wasnt refund. .
