. The property was very dirty, small and extreme smell of uncleaned items. No air-conditioning at all, no windows to open, the breakfast was not great, cups were not cleaned. I've never ever thought a hotel like this, please do NOT deceive people. The first night I couldn't sleep at all, when I spoke with reception they said they've a general air condition issues. I'd like to process a formal complaint and would like to receive fully refund. . .
