Very well run hotel in a great central location. Very professional service from Hotel staff and management. Breakfast was very tasty with a broad selection. Location perfect , quiet but in walking distance of most attractions.

Alright, but needs a lot of improvements. The hotel is very closed to the Galata bridge and within walking distance to some of the main attractions in Instanbul ( about 10/15 minuted walk to blue mosque, gran bazaar and so on). This is advertised as a 4 stars hotel, however I dont think it is. The hotel is clean, but the facilities seem to be stuck in the 1980s. The furniture and overall decor of the rooms is outdated! The bathrooms are functional and a bit more modern( imagine a 2000s bathroom). There are very small tvs in the room and there are a lot of touches ups that could be made to make the place better looking. Their lift only fits about 2 people and is very slow. Also, the hotel advertises that they have their own restaurant etc. But there isn't an option for room service. The included breakfast is ok, but the options are very limited! It's in a buffet style, and it includes mostly cheese and only Turkish style food! If you are European/ English, you don't have the option of eggs and so on..
