NH Collection Roman Palazzo is amazing!. This was an incredible hotel. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Matteo was very nice and always helpful with recommendations for food and things to do. Alessandro at the front desk was excellent. Breakfast was amazing with many choices and the food was great. We appreciated the welcome drinks and snacks. The room was spacious and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel and would love to come and stay here again. They set the bar high!. .

The area is a typical train station area, where there are quite a lot of homeless and weird people around. Saying that, I did not feel unsafe, as there are also many police and security people at the area..
