Thank you. Great location, friendly and warm caring staff. The room was clean, hygiene 5+, no need to worry about 24-hour access to hotel. The hotel is small, everything you need is available, including an iron. Good access to public transport and lots of cafes nearby. Only good memories👍. .

Bad experience. No professionalism in handling the customer !. Not professional at all. Did an error with my reservation and wanted to postpone. The auditor did not want to hear anything. How could you take someone's money without delivering the service. I did not reclaim a reimbursement, just a postponment for a stayed that was already paid !!!. .

Great location, friendly welcome, and good value for money.. We especially liked the location and the homely feeling to the hotel. The room was a good size. On our arrival, we received a warm welcome. Did not know the name of the lady on reception, but she was particularly amazing and helpful. Always smiling too!!. Breakfast was a little disappointing!! Needs more variety, even if they offered eggs, tomatoes, or some cooked meats. Very beige breakfast!! No shower. Just a bath with a shower head. We managed ok, but I would have struggled to wash my hair. Also, the bath was really small. Regrettably, we didn't mention this to the hotel, but after our room was tidied each day, they left our door unlocked!!! Also, the room key had to be left at reception each time we left the hotel, but all keys are placed on the front of the reception desk, so basically anyone can have access to your room. Please be aware of this!!!.

Lovely hotel. Great location, friendly staff, walking distance from La Closerie des Lilas which is my husbands favorite place to hang out at night in Paris. Our room was small, but had a nice view to the street and around. I will definitely come back to this place!!. .
