Very budget rest but not bad.. The location is great. The breakfast is not bad, I especially liked the plum jam and bagel. Microwave and large kettle. The room is large and it gives a feeling of space. The battery heats the room well, it was nice to sleep. Comfortable pillows and it was good that there was a bedspread on the bed. Dishes for eating. Many hangers for clothes. From the large window there is a view of the cityscape.. Among the 3 nights, 1 night was without hot water to the central outlet according to information from the manager.
Broken baseboard in the room. Dirty wall near the dining table. Broken towel rail above the toilet. Uneven ceiling in the room. No automatic lock, you have to lock it with a key. It is difficult to get through the double doors in the vestibule on the floor. Empty dispensers for shampoo and shower gel. But there are jars on the sink. One towel in the bathroom was clean but with stains that need to be removed..

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel!. Location:
The location is perfect—just a few minutes from Taksim Square, yet tucked away in a quiet area, away from the tourist crowds. The metro, ferry, and buses are all right there, making it incredibly easy to get around. In just 10 minutes, you can reach Kadıköy. It truly is the best location for exploring Istanbul while avoiding the chaos.
Service & Staff:
The staff is exceptional—cordial, attentive, and always ready to help. They remember what you like, offer useful information, provide an Istanbul transportation card, and always greet you warmly. While everyone was great, Ali made me feel like family—his hospitality was beyond expectations.He was so thoughtful that he even brought breakfast to my room—that’s how incredibly kind and attentive he is!
Value for Money:
With Istanbul becoming increasingly expensive, this hotel offers incredible value. You won’t find a better deal for what you get. Since I stayed for over two weeks, they upgraded my room to one with a kitchen, which was a fantastic touch.

The place is a bit outdated, but honestly, it didn’t bother me at all. The only minor complaint I have is about the breakfast—while it’s good, having the same options for 20 days did become a bit repetitive. A little variety would have made it perfect!.
