It served its purpose but I wouldn’t rush back.. The rooms were clean and spacious.. There was no bar/lounge area to relax in of an evening, only a restaurant. The stairwells were littered with furniture and mattresses..

Impression about hotel was ruined by it’s restaurant service.. Kind and welcoming personell at the reception. A room was spacious and comfortable. Good hotel, slightly worn for its price.. Restaurant at the hotel. Waiting for a lunch order was one hour and a half for a single dish. Next day breakfast wasn’t ready in time. Taste of food was lost due to time shortage, caused by untimely service..

Not as I expected !!. I have spend about a week at this hotel, room are clean and spacios, wifi dosen't work very good, with the moments, breakfast is good and variety avery morning, the staff of breakfast is 👌👌. I have one time dinner with my father the food is not so good but instead of quality i order ravioli with pesto alla genovese and they bring to me ravioli with mashroom and panna and peppers, that means if i'm alergic suppose to dead? I ask the waiter and he try to told me that what i order but i have insist to bring a menu and on menu is exaclty what i said before ravioli with pesto alla genovese, i was very disappointed, i understand is COVID-19 as menu can be reduce but you have to told. . .

A very hospitable hotel and staff!. The staff! The staff was so helpful and a special shoutout to Ahmet!. The smell in the room and the furniture..

Decent business hotel with good breakfast. I enjoyed the daily breakfast- great selection and beautiful view. Internet was fast. We requested that the hotel make special arrangements for our wedding anniversary and they made some romantic decor at no extra cost- I really appreciated that. Staff were helpful and attentive.. The thermostat was unchangeable, so the room was either freezing or too warm. We also had to change rooms because of a bad smell which made the room unliveable- however the staff accommodated this. We also found that we needed 20min+ taxis every day to/from main tourist attractions and city centre..

Good. . Too many children running around outside there rooms at night people in stairs Wells all night long as well no consideration for guests who need to rise early in the morning as didn't get much sleep here so I wouldn't advise anyone to stay here in my opinion.

Nice stay, would stay again . The hotel is quite nice, rooms spacious, staff helpful and you get plenty of choice for breakfast. Bed was comfortable, I usually struggle if the mattress is too soft, fortunately the bed was comfortable and mattress good. Cleaner very helpful, receptionists also helpful.The cleaner visits every day and replenish tea bags and you get 2 small bottles of drinking water. The also replenish shower/body wash liquid every day. There is a small fridge in each room, so you can store water, or some food if needed.  The hotel is slightly away from the main tourist attractions but a 10min ride on Metro gets you to the old city (Byrampasha Metro station is 5-6min walk from the hotel). The same Metro station is where you get on the train to get you to the airport (approx 30min). I was there to do some private work, so needed to be in this, specific area and it was convenient. Plenty of local food shops, restaurants just 1-2min walking distance, near the big mosque (it was interesting walking around the area to see how local people live, many small businesses, workshops and small, family shops everywhere).  The only, minor downside of the hotel is a very busy road outside BUT this did not bother me because I always take some ear-plugs with me when travel away, so the traffic outside wasn't an issue.  Would come back again.. .

If you stay there try the restaurant as well! Highly recommend!. Very good location! Clean hotel with nice and friendly staff.. .
